Arcadia earthpro revitalise d3

Hi guys, I supplement my 3 month old female panther with calcium every feed, but as for the twice monthly d3 vitamin, is the arcadia earthpro revitalise with d3 ok to use? I hope so because I've just ordered a few 100g, if not I can use it for my other reptiles, I live in the UK so would need something available here, I've come across a few things you guys in the states can get that we can't, prime example is hornworms, they are not allowed over here

Here is some info that will help you. The most important thing with arcadia supplements is that your UVB has to be spot on because the revitalise D3 has extremely low levels of D3 in it. So if your UVB is not spot on you can run the risk of them developing MBD. Much lower risk though of over supplementing with D3 due to the minimal amounts in this one compared to other brands on the market. As you can see from the cycle below. It would be safe to use this one weekly. Remember lightly dust your insects and make sure you are using a good Phosphorus free calcium without D3 at all other feedings.

So arcadia is a 3 product system done in an 8 feed cycle. This is why you want to chart it on a calendar. It is in the following rotation and you stay in that order no matter how many feeding days are skipped.

EP-A 1st feeding
EP-A 2nd feeding
EP-A 3rd feeding
Calmg 4th feeding
EP-A 5th feeding
EP-A 6th feeding
EP-A 7th feeding
Revitalize D3 8th feeding
Cycle starts again from the beginning.

Arcadia revitalize is your multivitamin. It has very low levels of D3 and A so you have to ensure that UVB is spot on.

Thank you so much for your in depth reply as always mate, so what supplement with d3 do you guys recommend, ideally so I can dust with calcium sat on a Saturday, then every other Saturday dust with the d3 vitamins like is there a all in one multi vitamin with d3 (hope that makes sense)

Repashy calcium plus LoD version. It has a jackson's chameleon on the label. This one has the right levels for a panther chameleon and you would use it 2 times a month say the 1st and the 15th then all other feedings would be phosphorus free calcium without D3.

Both are all in one multivitamins. Both have the two major ones which would be D3 and vitamin A. The major difference are the levels of these in them. Repashy has higher levels so you want to make sure you get the LoD formula in it as the regular one can be too much for some chameleons. The revitalise D3 again is in all in one just with extremely low levels compared to the repashy LoD formula. That is why you have to make sure your UVB lighting is absolutely on point. Generally I recommend if someone is going to use the Arcadia to make sure to do so with a solarmeter 6.5 to ensure they are getting a 3 UVI at basking for UVB exposure.

Just keep in mind with either option you want to ensure that when it is a non multivitamin supplement day you are using a good plain Calcium without D3 at all other feedings. Especially important for a female so support healthy egg production.

I just mix Arcadia Earth Pro and Repashy Calcium Plus LoD at a ratio of 13-2 so I don’t mess anything up. That’s because I feed adults every other day (15 feedings a month). It was really easy to do.
