anyones chams really love the full spectrum plant lights?

i have had chams for a few months now and both oprea (veiled Cham 1 yr) and spike (9 month veiled cham) really love hanging out under the plant light more?? is this normal?
also the really really love hanging out under the ac/heat vent too?
