Anyone used these 2 types of calcium?

so i was at petsmart the other day and saw these 2 calciums, one with d3 and one without and they were fairly cheap.

wanted to know if anyone has used them before as a daily duster for their crickets? and used the other for when they need to supplement them with d3?

I use the calcium w/o d3 everyday and the one w/ d3 everyother Sunday. They seem to work pretty well for my little guy

You will need a multivitamin as well
