just got a new dual fixture with a decent reflector and thought id ask if anyone is using 2 5.0 bulbs or if most people tend to go with 1 5.0 and 1 6500k
unfortunately i cant find a 24 inch t8 6500k bulb locally (so far) so i might have to get a less blue one - or use the one that i got to try out which is a plant/aquarium bulb. its basically pinkish purple.. actually puts out a lot of light.. kind of annoying though.
thats pretty much it. i dont think any harm would come from using 2 5.0 bulbs on the same cage but im curious if there would be any benefit..
