I get my crickets from Petco. They have had this vitabug tag on the bags for a while now.

My chams ate them just like any other one.

Timberline is a large wholesaler, and has been supplying Petco with feeders for some time.

The challenge with feeder insects is that the longer they are in transport, and the more the temperature/food/humidity is not correct, the greater the potential for deaths and sickness.

With Petco, I would guess that the logistics can be an issue on perishable items. The Timberline Calci Worms were always Pupated out, and the pre-packaged crickets were mostly dead at my Petco, in 3 visits.

I buy from their bins up front.
