anyone own a whites tree frog? Supplement concern

Hi,

I'm confused with supplementing my tree frog correctly. I found a care sheet that said I should supplement, but not what I should supplement with, how often, etc. At the moment I'm giving him plain calcium dusted locusts & cricket most days (he's juvenile so I feed every day) & nutribol dusted feeders once or twice a week.

I was wondering if anyone was able to give me a more accurate schedule, or are these a species where supplementing does not have to be accurate?

He has a 5.0 uvb bulb, which I'm aware is not necesary for him. Part of my concern is ODing him on D3, as a result of using the bulb. I don't know if this is a problem with frogs.

He eats well & has doubled in size since I got him (roughly 3 weeks ago), I'd like him to stay happy & healthy

Frogs and toads do not need as much or no uvb like reptiles. they need a 2.0 THE HIGHEST, u do not need a uvb bulb on frogs but a low amount won't hurt. they should be getting a calcium supplement WITHOUT D3 twice a week and once WITH D3 once a week or once every other week

you can use a regular fluorescent bulb like ones on aquarium for viewing. that's what i use. or a fluorescent plant bulb if u have live plants in the terrarium
