Anyone have recommendations for very large enclosures?

I recommend building a custom DIY enclosure. You can make a DIY enclosure whatever size you need and choose. Plus customize other details of a DIY build.

So often, cham keeping requires you to think outside the box...literally. It always surprises me how few reptile supply companies ever even consider offering larger habitats. There used to be a custom cage maker who would build screen cages to measure, crate them and ship them all over the country. I have one. It's about 5'x4'x3'. Haven't heard if they're still in business but doubt it.
If you really don't want to DIY, you could search for a local window/door builder that could make you some aluminum or even wooden framed screen panels to your custom size. Then screw the frames together to make your cage & door. That would leave you to come up with a waterproof bottom. There are appliance drain pans and hydroponics flood tables that might suit. Tip: decide on the bottom tray FIRST, then design the cage walls to fit it.
Also look into custom bird cage builders and aviary suppliers. They could make the frames but instead of metal mesh or bars, install screen panels instead. Check into chicken coop/poultry suppliers.

As a somewhat mature woman with the scantest of carpentry skills and a fear of using the hand held circular saw, my solution was to join two XL ReptiBreezes together, side by side. This should help. https://chameleonacademy.com/double-wide-chameleon-cage-project/ I don’t think that was available when I did my enclosures, so I joined them in a way that made sense and worked for me. One of the things that has helped was I used heavy duty garage shelving, which was the perfect length to hold them and keep them together. The hardest part was I had no helper, but none of my animals seemed to mind my occasional salty language.

That inability to hear anything above very low frequency does have its advantages, doesn't it? Talk about selective hearing. They aren't terribly good lip readers either. As long as you didn't tend to leap around waving your arms or throw things across the room in disgust while you were turning the air blue, your chams could probably ignore you.

I use the DragonStrand cages that are 4x4x3, and my boys all seem to be happy and content. Or, Dale Tamura runs Tamura Designs and he makes custom cages. He's also a long-time chameleon keeper so he knows what they need.
