Anyone have problems with this company??

Hi, someone had suggested that I order a repti- breeze from Zoobecks.com has anyone else ordered from them? I've been waiting for over a month now for my new cage and still nothing! I called, spoke to a girl who said she would pass along the message and they still haven't called back. I sent a previous email last week and no response. I tried again today to send an email at the same address and now it's telling me "failure to send" as it's no longer a valid email, so I went on their website and left another message on the "contact us" section, still waiting for a response. I feel like I got played over, anyone else get problems with them?
 
Sounds like you got ripped off. I would try to stop payment on whatever method you used to send the money. If a business doesn't ship within a day or two I won't do business with them.
