Anyone else have problems contacting FLChams

so i bought my cham from FLchams. I emailed before hand and got no response. The email was basically asking how baby cham husbandry was harder than juvenile. The day i ordered my cham I called and talked to mike, he seemed in a terrible mood and incredibly short about my questions, which i thought were all reasonable. Then two days ago i emailed about my chams hatch date and what his suppliment schedule and diet had been before being sent and i got nothing on that one either. Has anyone else had similar troubles? the wierd thing is that the testimonials brag about his customer service, i dont know whats going on. Maybe im just one too many idiots asing dumb questions haha
