I tried by phone and email yesterday, and they never got back to me. Trying again today, this morning, because due to a website malfunction I have triple charges on my credit card. I'm kinda freaking out. I hope they get back to me quickly!

Yeah that's the easiest way. Marty will email you back I'm sure of it. he's pretty reachable, and helpful, I just imagine they are either closed for the holidays, or extremely busy because of the holidays. Remember they are in Canada and they have boxing day and all that other stuff we don't

You will get an email or call back and it all figured out, they are a reputable company I'm sure they are just really busy like the guy said above with the holidays.

Just spoke with Marty and he got me all straightened out! Super nice guy, took care of me right away. His emails were sent to spam folder. Figures. Lol.
