anybody here grow plants indoors?

i am looking to start growing some plants indoors. anybody here know what type of lighting i would need for guava plants? tomato plants?

Any of the ones used for hydroponics. Different plants have different light requirements. Normally, taller plants will require more light in order to reach the lowers sections. Plants that have large flowers or fruits typically require more light than those which do not. T5 high output full spectrum lights are good for shorter plants. High Intensity Discharge (HID) lights like Metal Halid and High pressure Sodium (HPS) are good for bigger plants. HPS bulbs are kinda towards orange ratehr than blue, which is good for when youve got fruit coming.
