My cham has been trying to nudge the door of the end lose to open. Problem is I noticed the scales on the tip of his mouth came off... what should I do?

Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? I feed him 6-8 medium crickets and 3 superworms every other day in the morning. I feed the insinsects leaf lettuce and the occasional fruit to gut load and wait 24 hours after providing to feed them to him.
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? I dust with none d3 calcium every feeding.
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? I used filterd wayer for a fogger and a manual mister and use the reptiles safe drops. I fog and mist everyday several times a day. I have seen him drinking tho not too after. I also keep a small shallow dish in his cage with water.
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? I forget. The name but the white part is mostly white with a but of yellow at the back end. The dark part looks like a dark pale green color.

Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? I use the zoo med ceramic dual lamp with a white uvb bulb and a blue daylight bulb. I also have a red infrared bulb for basking. I turn them on in the morning at 9 and off at night at 8-8:30.
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? I have a digital ththermometer as well as an analog one. The average temp at basking is about 85-92 f. Lowest temp I have seen at night is about 60.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? I use a humidity gauge and it reads between 50-65. I mist several times a day soaking the leaves and the wood bark at the bottom. I also turn on a fogger for several hours at a time.
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? No live plants in the enclosure.
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? It is in my room not a high traffic area and it is not directly in front of the windows or fan. I say the cage is at about 3 from the floor on a table.
