Any DIY mister plans?

No but I have build my own dripper if you would like to see that.
It's just a cut in half coke-bottle that we hang upside down by an aluminum bar we welded onto the cage, and the coke bottle end has a sprinkler nozzle or something like that on it.

I built one for my first DIY cage that you can see in my build thread https://www.chameleonforums.com/my-first-cage-build-84441/. Bulding the misting system was easy but getting a pump that could produce high enough pressure to get good atomization was a problem. I tried a couple of pond and hydroponics pumps but they only produced enough pressure to make it work a little better than a water squirt bottle. I bought a Mist King setup at the Sacramento Reptile Show for my other cage and then hooked up a line to my existing DIY misting setup and it made a HUGE difference and it finally produced a real fine mist like I was wanting. The quality of their pumps are phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going with one of their systems just to get the pump (which can run up to 20 nozzles). Once you have one of their systems you can easily make a DIY expansion for cheap but you'll still need a good pump which is really hard to find.

Sorry for such a late reply. I haven't subscribed to this thread. :(

Here is a picture of what we used.

Also, it is able to swivel around so you can choose a different spot to drip from.

The only reason the metal bars arent attached is it actually broke. :p we didn't weld it really we just used some weird glue. My dad wants to redo the entire thing (he is a perfectionist..) instead of just fixing the awesome dripper.
