Any advice?

Handling - Daily, she is on medication.

Thats probably the primary reason right there. Adding various factors such as incorrect husbandry conditions and introducing other creatures magnifies this tenfold.
I realise you have removed other creatures by now so If you correct your husbandry/enviromental cage conditions as per others instructions, and try to limit that handling stress as much as possible things should improve.

What temperatures did the vet recommend that you increased to?

Okay, the frog was put in only a few days ago, she has been like this for a week, BEFORE the frog. She doesn't come down off her trees and has had no contact with him whatsoever. I have separated them but I honestly do not believe that to be the reason. She was fine up until a week ago, nothing had changed around that time so I am hoping she is just ready to shed. She has not shed for a couple months. I do not believe she is gravid, nor does the doctor. She does not look big enough and has not shown any distinct gravid colors. I have palpated her belly also and did not feel much. Just in case she has a lay bin in with her at all times but she is not interested in it at all. I have tried leaving her in there but nothing. She is not interested in digging. Also, she changes back to blue and yellow colors when I handle her. So really i'm stumped at that. Her habitat did not change. Oh but you know what, it has been very cold outside for about a week so maybe it's affecting her since she is on an outside wall and they are not well insulated. I will be moving her to an inside wall within the week so maybe it will help.

Eye....

I think the eye should be looked at again. Abcesses that have been drained and are healing become flat and they scab over. This looks still active to me. It may need draining and flushing out again. The outside wall thing you mentioned may be the issue. It sounds like she may actually have receptive colors (blue and yellow) when you take her out and handle her. Chams become darker to absorb heat and lighter to reflect it. She may be trying to absorb all the heat she can while in her cage if that outer wall is providing some sort of chill factor.

You know, I think that may be the problem. Since it has been colder the past week ( in the negatives) it is probably a bit colder in her cage than normal. I will be moving her to another area tomorrow anyway so hopefully that helps. As for the eye I have drained it twice and I need to drain it again I just do not have the tools at the moment. I am going to bring her into work with me on tuesday to drain and flush it.

It would be better if her cage wasn't near the window now that its winter.
Did she have that eye problem before the spider was there?

Wow............

Wow....Your profile says a Veterinarian in training? So when you say work you are actually taking her to a vet clinic?

Yes. I work at a veterinary hospital, although it does not do reptiles. I have to take her to a different veterinarian who worked with us a few years ago. I just re-drained her eye and a lot of fluid came out which was probably uncomfortable. She has had eye problems since I got her and that eye has been troublesome for a couple months. Since the spider was in there she had not changed much. When I took her out to drain her eye even then she was a blue yellow, and as soon as I put her back in her cage she turned a light green and brown. I am going to move the cage to see if that helps but I don't know. She does not feel impacted but her fecals are small since she only eats a couple crickets a day and it is hard to find them. She doesn't feel like she has eggs and looks skinny enough to say pretty certainly that there are none. Hmmm....

You use to free range her and now the cage and even though Molly doesn't move around allot she still might turn brown when caged. She has also been held allot due to force feeding and meds. Mine also color up when I pick them up. I think they associate me picking them up and taking them to the outside trees. They love going outside but recently it has been too cold.
