I picked up this male the 8th of June.

the girl at the shop said/guessed that he was a month old..

What do you think?

It's a little hard to tell because there isn't really anything for a size reference, but maybe 2-3 months old. Probably more towards the 2 month mark.

Can you get a picture with him on a ruler or maybe your hand?

Welcome to the forums and congrats on that cute little baby! From the size of his casque I'd say maybe 6 to 8 weeks old. As pssh said another picture with him on something to judge size would be helpful. Below I'm attaching my blog for new keepers to help you keep this little one healthy.
