Highly illegal In the usa. id report to fish and game. last time some kid let 2 go, I think extermination took 6 months and $35k.

They carry parasites and diseases that are contagious to humans. You need to call and report that you have them on your property. I know that they are becoming a serious issue for us here in SW FL.

seriously. when i was looking into exotic pets i found a list of illegal ones including those. they are an extreme pet in Florida... well. they WERE. like they government say hedgehogs are here. if your caught with an illegal animal they wont hesitate to remove ALL your pets from you... happened to a friend of mine who was keeping illegal snakes
