Ankify is a fairly rare locale. I'm not sure I know of anyone on here who keeps one

I once had a breeder tell me that all Ankify are Ambanja but all Ambanjas aren't Ankifys. Any truth to this? I wouldn't think so since Ankify is a very small island just Northwest of Ambanja.
