Animal and relationship probs

Well I guess I will tell her.. To support me or to leave me.
Because I love my animals. And if she can't accept that, when it makes me happy, she can leave. I rather be with someone who cares about my interests and supports me :)

Thanks everybody. I know it was pretty much common sense on what to doo.... But I just wanted to hear everyone's opinions and stories if you guys had any

I have to admit I skipped to the end, I know your pain with 16 chams a beardie, fishtank and new puppy my GF can get a little anoyed with me too.
I think the best thing I did was get her a little cham of her own and now she feels more involved and we take care of the chams together,
just a thought

I still feel that with 4-5 pets you really shouldn't be taking up so much time that anyone should notice and that you should be able to come to a compromise as to when you take care of them so that your and your girlfriend can spend the rest of the day doing other things.

With a room full of chameleons (some of which I have to hand/cup feed), half a dozen bins of feeders I have to clean and feed, and another 12 geckos spread out around the house, I don't think we spend more than an hour on everything, if that. When I spend more it's because I want to, otherwise I can take care of everything and run out if I have a day full of classes or activities.

Talk to her first about figuring out a schedule that you can both live with - as doing it before she comes over in the morning or while she's busy with something else, like reading, watching tv, cooking, etc., whatever it is she likes to do.
