angry when shedding?

my little Pascal has been very moody since just a few days ago. He use to come out on my hand (by his own choice) and I would take him to the window but now he freaks out any time I get close to his cage. Is it normal for chams to go through massive mood swings like that. Please help, any helpful advice is welcome.

I hear that their temperament changes as they mature. Maybe that's what's going on? Like he's a rebellious teenager now?

He is almost a year old now, so maybe he's getting a little spunky!
