Ambilobe v/s Ambanja

What is the easiest way to tell the difference between Ambanjas and Ambilobes? I seem to get it wrong most of the time.

Just by their colorations. The best way is to look around on the internet and see as many pictures of different locales as possible. Locales such as Ambilobe do have quite a few variations. It will help you out with identifying locales.

ambilobes tend to be alot more colorful and more on the red/orange/yellow side... ambanjas tend to show alot more blue(sometimes purple) in thier patterns.

Yup,you sometimes see ambanjas with red,not alot tho,more blue purple.

ambanjas are mostly one color blue with red dotsand a little red ambilobes have more green
