Ambanja or ambilobe

hey, im looking for a new panther chameleon but im stuck chosing. there are Ambanja ready at the end of june and the sire is very nice looking but the ambilobe sire is beautiful!! but they will be ready around christmas!! im not sure i can wait that long!! do i get a nice looking Ambanja or a great looking ambilobe and wait ages?

Ambanjas can be beautiful - Ambilobes can be beautiful. Ambanjas can be on the dull side - Ambilobes can be on the dull side. (I've never seen an ugly cham.) My personal inclination would be to take the one that's available sooner, unless you have very particular goals for a breeding project - but my personal inclination speaks more to my own impatience than anything else.

If you want to be a little different go with the Ambanja. Ambilobes are probably the most common panther because they have the widest range of coloring, but I've seen some very stunning Ambanjas.

ok thanks guy im ordering him from lilly exotics, they are only young now but are good to go end of june, btw im in the uk if anyone in usa thinking of getting one. lol sorry.

i cant bear to wait so i think i will go with the ones avalible soonest! i have seen the sire and he does look nice with blues and green and some hints or reds, but still not sure!!

So true...go with what you love! A little wait wont matter if in the end you have what you want and I have heard it a few times on here and its true...chams are like pringles you cant stop at just 1
