It sounds like a vitamin a problem going on with the eyes. Buy the vitamins I recommend to help reverse the eye problem

Buy Repashy Calcium plus LoD and use that on all feeders all the time.

They are at least 5mo. Chams are supposed to be skinny but not that skinny, they are definitely malnourished.

They should both be seen by a vet immediately.
