Alternative to ficus?

apparently whitefly has infested ficus in south Florida making them hard to come by . What's a good alternative ? I was thinking dwarf mulberry .

I second the schefflera or a 5/10 gal. hibiscus.

I agree with the rest, but if you were looking for more of a tree like plant you could always go with a Hibiscus (Chinese rose).

No, but you will need real good lighting to make it bloom.

I just keep a bunch of pothos in mine now...I love plants so I've tried bromiliads and a few airplants that looked terrific andddd then died
