All You Buisness Owners-Help Me With DBA?

There are ALOT of you that have your own small buisness with your reptiles. I could use some guidance on getting started with the legalities of DBA and such. I want to be able to set up a booth at shows and have a website that I can do internet sales on if I chose to. Any help would be great! Please, if you are just guessing, say so. I don't want fines or jail time

In NV anyway; to do it right you have to get register with the city, county and state. Pick your type of business, age get appropriate licenses and registrations; you also need to get a tax ID along with a hand full of other things that take a lot of time and $$$. All of which I am sure are more expensive and over all more of a pain in the ass because of the state that you are in.

Just rent out 4' of table space from Tiki Tiki. Then if the Feds show up, you can all just point at him LOL.
