all my zophobas morio dead!

Hey guys,

Something strange happened, i picked up some Zophobas and sliced a piece of orange for them, they were happy to eat it and half an hour later they all died!

I dont think they drowned or something like that.

How where the worms kept? Were they in bran bedding? Or only placed in a confined area with the orange?

That is so weird. I couldn't kill those things if I tried. They last forever! I guess don't feed oranges again! Maybe the orange had pesticide on it?

They can drown in a fair small amount of water. And if they only had a liquid source for food, they probably all drowned in their own pee.

Maybe they had been deprived of food before you purchased them -- then they were so eager to eat, they overate/drowned?
