all I wanted were new dog collar tags..

I went to the local pet shop to pick up two new tags and made the mistake of peaking in the reptile enclosures.

all through my life I've kept reptiles.

Started with baby red eared sliders in the plastic tray with the palm tree from the five and dime, desert iguanas and box turtles as a child.

In my late teens I ventured into green iguanas and a senegal chameleon..
Then after getting married all hell broke loose..

Frogs and lizards galore, all sorts of snakes big and small. I bred corn for a few season as well as leopard geckos and jacksons.

This went on for years but as my non related biz took off and demanded too much time I weeded the collection down to a pair of red foot tortoises and 3 box turtles, all of which live in a large pen in my back yard.

anyways, back to the dog collars....

My senegal and jackson chameleons were always my faves so this little baby veiled they had for sale just ruined me.:D

I got rid off all my paraphernalia so $360 later I'm all ready to raise this little guy to the best of my ability.

YAY congrats on the baby, is it a boy or a girl, it's really cute, and I'm happy that you've had some experience with chams before :D

oh ya and btw I would cover that soil with large river rocks so your cham doesnt eat it
