My chameleon hasnt done a poo in a few days now hes had two feeds since his last one and ive searched the entire viv and theres no smell at all! He is due to be fed today but im worried that it could be adding to the problem of him not pooing if he has more food in his belly his temps are all correct and hes always fed in the morning on locusts or calciworms hes also just started shedding yesterday around his eyes so dont actually know if he will want to eat. Any advice as quick as possible would be great so he can be fed before i go to work

Hi, do you have any form of substrate at the bottom of your cage that he could have accidently ingested??

Give it a few more days. And are you sure you checked everywhere possible?. It could be on a leaf, in the bottom of a plant, etc. I have found it in places all dried up and never even knew it was there! Also, chameleon poop as a rule does not real smell, or atleast it shouldn't enough to stink up the cage.

No substrate as i knew the risks! And ive checked everywhere i can see i spose it could be in his plant normally i see it so pressumed he hasnt been and oh okay i always found his smell a bit but yeah it could well be in his plant, he started shedding today so i dont know if he will eat anyway but il try him tomorrow thanks for your guys help
