Advice please!!! What's the best uv for male veiled

Hi i was just wondering what was the best uv light for a male veiled Cham! I used to have a male and female and in there vivs I used 10% exo Terra's but I was thinking of going down the Arcadia path because I've heard and read that there the best for your herp!! I looked at the 12% uv-b but apparently there saying 6% is better and would you go t5 or t8? Sorry so many questions but thank you in advance for your opinions and advice!!

hi, for my experience with chams it's better to use max 5-6 % uv light(exoterra are ok) , 10 or 12 % are too high for me....you can use it for namaquensis

I would always recommend 12% T8 and a 6%T5. It's up to you whether you go for T8 or T5. The 12% will not be too strong.

A t5 strip light apparently gives out 95% more uv than a t8!

No one or the other. The T5 6% actually give out more uv than a 10.0 T8 bulb
