Have been calling all morning and the only chameleon specialist won't be available until the 26th.
She has been trying to climb up, making some progress, and I tried to feed her but eventually she got discouraged because her tongue wouldn't reach very far.

You just need to stress that this is an emergency situation. Like Joxie said, you're going to pay the price for it, but it is what is required. If you can afford the time or money in to what will be necessary to care for your sick cham, then you need to look for a rescue that will take her in.

No you still need your basking light for heat. The coil UVB bulb needs to go on the trash can and be replaced with a T5HO linear UVB hood with a 5.0/6% or 10.0/12% bulb. Since she has MBD I'd recommend the 10.0 or 12% but with your setup you need more foliage and horizontal branches as well.

This will depend on her setup and ambient temps. Females dont require anything over 85*F I'd recommend starting with a Phillips 50w Halogen plant light bulb. You can find these at Lowes for about $5

The doctor available is probably their emergency on call doctor, which is why they wouldnt have scheduled you with them to begin with. I'm glad you were able to get in. I'm not experienced with the care of sick chams, so we will get some more experienced keepers in here to guide you through what to do until your appointment.

You need to get tiny zip ties and get her branches up higher in the cage. You want them to start 8 inches down. She needs to be able to get everywhere in there...

Here is my cage... You want something like this. Plant cover and lots of horizontal branches throughout the cage. Maybe others can post pics. too
