At what age is a veiled considered to be adult? Or is it more to do with size than age?

A year seems to be what people consider to be adult, but they really dont stop getting colors and filling out until 2 years.

Ah thanks, Neelix is 6 months old, so I guess he's still got a lot of growing to do!

They'll do a lot of lengthening the first couple years and then after they bulk up in places like head, shoulders and back legs.
