Activity level?

What's your chams general activity level? Is it constantly climbing around? Basking all day? I'm curious as to what is "normal."

My panther is crawling around most of the day, basking only a small part of the time comparatively. My veiled basks or sits almost all of the day. My jackson and pygs are about half and half. Still learning about my carpet's personality. :)

Cool... thanks for the response!

My jackson has been very mellow the last few days but he's getting over a parasite and an infection. He just pooped (as you can see in my other post lol) and has already become more active.

Interesting that the different types vary greatly in the activity department!

my female veiled was very active until about a year of age and has slown down gradually since. she still checks out her enclosure once in a while but tends to hang out at the top and bask most of the time now.

Mine wakes up at 7, goes to the dripper, bask in the hot spot for a while, eats, bask a lil more and heads off to a cooler spot for the rest of the day. Keep in mind this is all done in super slow motion leaf walk.

my veiled chameleon spends most her time basking, but every once in a while goes and hides in the leafs (a lot of humidity in my leafs)

My female veiled does the same! :D

My cham is very similar. Wakes up, drinks, basks, eats, basks, and chills.

My boy is living the life!
