My female veiled cahm layed a clutch of 74 eggs 2 months ago but now she has receptive/gravid colours back. She has been acting gravid pacing around and going on the floor. She definately gravid but could she be acting this way because she is looking for a male. I dont know wether to mate her because even if i dont mate her i might ge another clutch out of her. What do you guys think:confused:

Skip breeding this time. Give your female a break. You don't want to shorten her life.

I say skip the breeding too.

Give her a laying bin and let her drop those eggs! Make sure to leave her alone with the bin but give her access to water and a basking lamp.

Was her last clutch fertile? (I seem to remember you bred her). If so she could be cycling a second fertile clutch with sperm retained form the last mating.
