Neither Roux nor Momma are troubled during a good misting session. We often hear from other keepers that their chams HATE being sprayed directly during a session while other keepers have never had the simple pleasure of watching their tree dragons quench their thirst.

Not these two, they both sit back, relax, and drink it all in.

I have a few that love to drink like that, and a few that won't ever drink while I watch. They are all individuals and seem to run the full gamut for me.

I have 2 that will drink from the sprayer nozzle. It always makes me feel like I am doing something right, until the left side of my brain kicks in and reminds me that it's nothing but variable individual behavior. LOL

This morning actually I went to say good morning to Coda, she ran straight up to the dripped and drank from it right in front of me. It suprised me really, she usually puffs up when I walk by her cage.

Notice how they also know to shut their eyes when the mist is coming. You can see them kinda react to water getting in them but not the same as the cleaning action we see.
