You can try dropping it a degree or two to see if that stops him from gaping. Or keep the lights as they are and mist a bit more, that will cool things down a bit overall while letting him sit in the warm light if he wants.

I was a little worried about his sheding also. He sheded about 10 days ago but he didn't shed the top half of him or his tail. all my other lizards I had shed everything. Is this something to be worried about? Ty for you help

Oh, you're welcome! That's what this board is all about.
Mature chameleons often don't do full body sheds (one of mine does). They usually do partial sheds...a foot here, a tail there, front half this time, back half later....that's perfectly normal.

Whew ok than I think we are good. all but the Calcium with out the Vit D. Is there a good site to orfer it from???
