So i noticed Blue is getting a little puffy on the top of his casque (and also chubby looking nek)... 🤣

I am currently feeding around 4 to 6 grass hoppers every other day. I mix it up woth dubias and sometimes super worms. Supers are only as a snack.

What is the best course of action? Anybody suggesties for diet strategie?

Let me know!

I feed all of mine every Monday, Wednesday and Friday the equivalent of 3-4 large crickets. On one day of the weekend, I offer a treat - a superworm or a hornworm or maybe a couple of wax worms. I can’t recall the specifics, but grasshoppers are not fed the same as other feeders. I believe that one hopper is equivalent to two other feeders. I may be remembering it wrong and of course feeder size matters. While Blue is a healthy size now, if his casque has been trending towards increasing in size, I would reduce his diet a bit.

I go by tail meat.

No line meat tube, too fat
single line down the side, udder perfection
2 lines down the side, getting skinny, ok for now as long as the cham doesnt fall ill
can see vertebrae, way too skinny and weak, wont survive an illness.

I will copy this feeding schedule, thanks! Maybe decrease the amount of hoppers by 1 or 2. Will keep checking.
