9 month old Nosy be

Today I figured out that my nosy be is 9 months old. This whole time I thought he was 7 months old! I've notice a few things lately, he doesn't eat like he used to, he will eat only five crickets a day apposed to when I first got him he would eat ten in about a minute. It takes him forever to eat five adult crickets! He also doesn't bask as much as he used to and he will sit in one spot of his cage and stay there the whole day and maybe bask for a couple minutes and go back to his favorite spot. His basking spot is 86.4 degrees. Is this normal for a nine month old Cham to be slowing down so much?

Every chameleon is different but that is around the time most start slowing down. I cut mine down around a year old if they haven't slowed down already.

I don't like feeding every other day but I feed 2 days then 1 day off and repeat. Everyone has there own methods but that is what I do when they slow down.
