I’m glad you are seeing a vet; it really is the best course of action at this point.
Does your chameleon have little bumps on the heels of his back feet? (See identification section on this page to see what I’m on about: https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/veiled/)
I’m not seeing typical male colours, or the larger casque so you might have a female. It’s not necessarily going to make a difference in diagnosis and homecare but if she producing eggs this young that may have been the start of your problems and those will need to be dealt with as well.

Broccoli tend to bind up dietary calcium as does spinach. Use other veggies instead.
