my huge 71/2 month female veiled finally layed her eggs yesterday, after a 1 day laying session she was done. i dug up 55 eggs under 12" of soil(not fertile). i cant believe how many she had in her; and how deep she dug.
her basking temps are kept between 85-90 degrees and her feeding schedule was changed to every other day from about 1 1/2 ago.
i dont want her to have this big of a clutch again, especially if their fertile!!
any suggestions on temps and feeding to keep this clutch number down?
thanks
edit: she ate everyday leading up to egglaying.
