5 month old cham Gender and care tips pls ✨

Hello everyone. I need help in knowing if my chameleon is male or female. My parents gave me her as a graduation gift and I know knotting of them. I'm an animal lover so I know I'll learn fast and take good care of it but I was told how to find the sex and I have no idea. Also if there are any tips of chameleon care please tell me

I agree looks female(no spikes on back of ankle, i'm not a veiled expert though so don't hold me to it).

Read the care sheet linked for sure. also i like to recommend filling out the "how to ask for help" for in the health clinic section. It's a good way for people to find any problems in your husbandry and make adjustments.

Yes veiled chameleons are Notorious for eating there plants . Live is best in my opinion .

Ficus benjamina
Common names: weeping fig, ficus

Schefflera arboricola
Common names: dwarf schefflera, hawaiian umbrella, schefflera

Epipremnum aureum
Common names: golden pothos, devil's ivy, pothos

Codiaeum variegatum
Common names: croton . These are safe . You want the Enclosure full to the point you can't find your baby . I personally like potho's there hardy they do well wet and there very easy to transplant .

I agree, if the OP cares to get the low down on what the forum thinks of her husbandry skills, the Health clinic can help others get a better overview of current husbandry.

The cham appears to be a very beautiful female veiled. I love veiled, hey will always be in my heart even though I don't have one any more. She looks like my little Gwenn when I first got her. (R.I.P.)
