I have fostered this chameleon since 9/16/13 and I do not know the exact age of the chameleon.
He is light brown, has a very slight case of gular edema (most cases neither harmful nor helpful, usually just stays in the chameleon throughout its life, and there really aren't any proven causes to the edemas) and glands around the mouth are doing much better (were a bit black, swollen around the lips) since I have hydrated him every day.
He is bit shy, but will drink from a sprayer if you SLOWLY bring it near his face while dripping the water, and kneel on the floor/get below him. He is scaredy cat, but also brave. He has hand fed only a couple times now, but I can tell he will be a sweetheart.
No other health issues have been noticed, his horns are growing even in the past 3 weeks I've had him.
I MIGHT sell the cage with him (see this thread) if you can negotiate a fair price with me.
Looking to sell him anywhere from 50-70$, and may go up if you can negotiate a price for the cage to be included.
LA COUNTY pick up only, keep that in mind.
Email me [email protected]
or message me on chameleon forums (my profile, go to private message) if you are interested in picking up a sweet little cham and are in the LA COUNTY AREA.
Pics:
Little bit of a cleft lip, and some air escapes from it when he chews so it makes a "squeak" noise. It is not a concern, the cleft lip is not a wound (at least not anymore) and has been there before I had him. It is a quirk of his.
Cage.
Not selling towel, lights/light fixtures, or feeding cup (old superworm cup).
