3 Year Old Nosy Be issue?

Never seen this before on any of my chameleons. She’s about three years old.
Is this a concern??

Does she have swelling anywhere else? Looks like edema to me! Can you post a full body shot please? It could also be a sinus infection, in that case she will need antibiotics.
