3 week chameleon won't open eyes, eat

Just bred mine for the first time and some of the eggs have finally hatched. One of our babies won't open his eyes or feed on his own. I've tried force feeding him for the past two days but haven't seen a lot of improvement. Any advice? Should I be worried?

Is it in a cage with other babies?

What UVB light are you using? If you take it out of the cage will it open them?

What's the temperature in the cage?
