Here is my 2 year Bio-Active update.
Lessons learned-
The less water the better- I don’t even spray or use my misting system anymore. I drop water on my chameleons mouth and he drinks that way daily.
I also open the doors every night for airflow and made a huge difference. I had a problem with aphids and bacteria the spraying soap and sprays wouldn’t resolve. It wasn’t until I did this!
Hand feed him once or twice a week along with watering the plants once a week only. The roaches would escape the container feeder and would hide behind the background that was very annoying to try and get them out!
More light the better! 2 led fixtures with 8 rows total and 2 t5ho with one 5.0.
Many plants won’t work and survive. I went through dozens to find the right ones.
