I am happy, happy happy.:):) Well it is official I have lost my mind. It is still cold here, 16 when I got up this morning and I am having my chameleons shipped to me. Of course I am having them shipped to my friend house 125 miles south where the temp at night isn't below 40. I will drive down and sit at her house until I have all my children delivered & checked out them we will all get in my Yukon and drive the 125 miles back home. I really, really want my chameleons can you tell? Waiting another month or whatever is just too much.

nice! how many more chams are you getting?? If I had to drive 125 miles to and back I would at least get 3-4 more chams.. thats just me :p

Dear Laurie,

you're a crazy fool. but I said that already on the phone.
oh, and she is figuring it out right now how many...and yes, next week.

Harry

Laurie-next week right? You gave me a heart attack!

No heart attack!! You have to be alive & well to get my Pygmy's to me. And yes you are mailing on Tuesday and I will get them Wednesday.

PS Lee loves all 3 of hers. And she is naming the little girl Valentine.:)

Harry you give all my secrets away.

Here is what I am getting:

2 Pygmy's (Brev) form Julirs
2 superciliaris from Tiki Tiki (Chad)
3 jackson's from xanthoman
1 male quad from ChamEO (Elisa)

and Steve is holding 3 from Josh & Michelle
2 deremensis & 1 ambanja

It seems like a lot but these have been aquired over about 5 months but I am just now getting them.

Everyone cross your fingers for me & my chams.

My fingers are crossed for you Laurie and your new bunch....they couldn't have a better home :) I don't think your crazy....heck I wish I had the space and time to be able to do what you are doing. A house full of chams is a happy, happy place :D

Just remember the rules....lots and lots of photos when they arrive!

OK I promise pictures. I am super excited to be finally getting all my chams but it is sort of bittersweet. i have wanted a mellers baby almost forever but I have given up that dream. I won't get any cham unless I feel I can provide well for all of the chams needs. I just don't feel I have the proper space for a mellers.:(:(
I had to downsize a lot of my chameleons to be able to do this. I currently have only 7 chameleons and 2 of those are pygmy's. I have 2 panthers, one veiled (pickle) and my 2 quad girls. My chameleon room seems soooooooo empty. Even if most of these are very small they will help fill up my love of chameleons.

Laurie! Your house must have expanding rooms, lol! I can only dream about that many chams! If you ever want to pass the Jackson's on to me I won't say no!:D I too can't wait for pics! Good luck for next week - how on earth will you sleep between now and cham day?!:D

Thanks Tiff, I have everything set up now. I am ready when ever the chameleons are! I have never attempted that many new chameleons at once except babies. This will keep me busy and out of trouble. I have even cut my volunteer work down to one day from three until I feel comfortable all the new ones are completely stable. btw sleep is way over rated.:D

Congrats; I'm excited for you! I won't quite say you're crazy - but you're helping me feel the very model of restraint for only planning on adding one cham and one gecko this year (to my collection of nine herps).
