“Unique Temperment”

We have lift off. Someone is letting go of their jet black facade for some greens. We don’t do spicy in this house. We do calm couch (branch) potatoes.

I had two chameleons before my brother got sick. I figured I would get back to my happy place, which is having two. Everyone ignores females because they’re not as brightly colored but they have way better personalities IMO. Can’t wait to set up an enclosure for this sweetheart

It's so fantastic to see you back in the Cham world, Andrew. It's obvious you're a caring keeper; just by watching this little man transform from black, into his happy greens... it speaks volumes. But, most of all, hope to see updates/pictures of your little ones; and I hope they bring love back to your heart. 💓

What a cutie!!!!!! 🥰 It will be so great to see some peach princesses floating around here. I feel like female veiled get all the attention 😂. I’m of course not brave enough yet to get a girl or I would contribute myself. So happy for you. She is going to have a great home, and you have two beautiful babies!

Oh Granny the girls are no big deal at all. The lay bin is just a staple in their enclosure and once in a while they lay some infertile eggs, just like a chicken. Female chameleons are so sweet and they’re smaller so a XL enclosure is sooo much nicer for them. I’ll hold off pics for a little bit to get that holy cow factor :)

He was just insecure, that’s all. All we need to do is give them space and all the bugs they want. I don’t like handling my chams. When they puff up I act like ohhhh my he’s a big scary monster ohhh no I better not touch you big guy. Then they think yeah you take that you bald ape there’s more where that came from. And he feels secure and I feel happy he feels secure lol

Meet my new male Ambanja, Walter. He arrived this morning and ate crickets within about 2 minutes of his arrival. Zero apprehension. He’s a love bug. Also appear to be starting a shed so here comes the confetti already lol

No I actually passed on the female. I don’t want to be tempted to become a breeder. I wouldn’t want the stress of incubating, raising, and selling off little babies! Two is the best number for me
