They're Blurams cams. They make several of them and I have a few different kind (I use them for my dogs too) but I think the one for this pic is this camera:

Anyone else's Chameleon turn into a full fledged T-rex!? I swear Spike eats like this every time he eats now 😂 I wonder of this is a confidence thing he's grown into or something.
Don't sweat it. Reddit is trash in general. Not even talking about their Chameleon community. Just in general. You're at the right place! 🙂
Any place banning you for sharing the Chameleon academy or these forums are doing you a favor by banning you.
Yep! This is what I use and it's amazing. I double check the temp on it with other sensors, and it's incredibly accurate.
It works so well, and allows me to use a higher watt bulb so in the winter months it can sustain the temp that I want it to. Honestly, this is an absolute MUST have for...
@Beman's guide is amazing. I won't link it since someone else already did. I just wanted to mention it. I personally couldn't follow it because of my schedule and what not. So, I took what I could from it and while Spike is a bit more of a wild T-rex, I am extremely comfortable being around...
All I can really say about this is 2 things that I've learned from personal experience.
1) I have a terrible tendency to 'ghost' my crickets, silkworms, etc. When I feed Spike BSFL, I don't even use calcium. I just feed them. However, my point is, if calcium was killing these chameleons...
Had to fix something in Spikes cage. Naturally, he didn't like this and decided to literally charge at me with his mouth open. He was just about to tongue punch me so I backed off for a moment before u took this 😂😂
Do you have air conditioning? I have central air. So during the day I have it set to 73f. Around 11pm it automatically goes to 70f. This setup works to get Spikes enclosure to around 66f. This works for me because his enclosure is right next to a vent that push that cool air.
If you...
To be honest I use the water from my faucet. However, it's important to realize that everyone's faucet water is NOT created equal. The water in my area is fine. We put a filter on it, but we used it without it just fine. The only reason it has a filter now is because we had a leak that a...
Good Morning, everyone!
Hope all your chameleons are doing amazing! Spike is doing great. He's being a champ right now, because I need to 'redo' a lot of the lower sticks in his enclosure soon but I'll get to it soon!
Thank you! I was a little worried. I was thinking this but.... he's NEVER done it before. So it just struck me as odd. It makes sense though. It's been a while since he had them and now he's diving right into them lol I appreciate the clarification.
Well.... I'm assuming. Since the tip of it is clearly a urate IMO. But I really have no idea. I'll keep monitoring him and see if he does it again or if he shows any signs of anything. so far he seems totally fine.
I wonder if its just a huge urate because we've had a lot of rain lately...
Never mind the mess. I had a plant spill lol. But yeah Spike pooped this today and the only thing I can think of it's because he just had Silkworms his last couple feedings and he hasn't had them since last year.
However, he used to ALWAYS get Silkworms and his poop has never looked like...
