    New cageless/ free range enclosure

I free range my veiled on my Lanai in 2 decent size ficus, a Pothos and a Boston Fern. He has never roamed in the six months Ive had him. I think if u provide an ideal environment providing everything they need they would have no reason to roam. No expert just my 2 cents.

    Won't eat Crickets

Some animals just prefer some foods just like us. If ur offering a varied diet thats gutloaded well and ur guy is drinking well dont even worry about it. Try a horn worn or 2 every now and than. I guarantee he will luv em.Mepokeu; luv the ferret got 2 myself.

Ok, Ive got a male veiled Im gonna guess is about 6 months old. I free range him on my lanai in 2 ficus trees. Hes misted by hand 3 times a day and drinks well with no signs of dehydration. Hes had a good appetite but as of late has slowed a little. I order silk worm pods every 2 weeks and he...

Waste gets hosed down about twice a week and ive never had any problems with excess water. After misting it usually only takes an hour or 2 to dry up.

Seems to me there are some very nice people here! Codi, he loves it outside. He gets about 5 good hours of sunlight in the morning. What a difference in color when hes in the sunlight. Spends the rest of his time basking in the spotlight and eating. Im thinking about installing a misting system...

    New here, just some questions

I actually purchased him from a local exotic animal store where the owner assured me he was captive bred. I also did witness him feed in the store. As far as insects ive tried; waxworms, mealworms and crickets from feeding tongs. As far as free range feeding, any ideas on how to do it? My lanai...
