How many dubias should I give my 2-3 month old panther chameleon? There a little small than her head and she just ate 4. I'm wondering if thats enough food? She doesn't seem interested in any more.
What are the different first colors that a chameleon could show going from a baby to juvenile? I assume it's different for every species. Nosy bes will obviously show blue and ambilobes will mostly show green, but is it possible for a chameleons first color to be different. Like an ambilobe...
I got this at Home Depot because it looked like a nice base plant. I know that pothos is safe for chameleons but I just want to make sure this is the not harmful.
I just got a baby panther chameleon a few days ago. Whenever I open the cage she doesn't move from her spot and seems undisturbed. She's been eating like a champ, and drinking (I think, I mist her cage 5 times a day and turn a dripper on for 5-20). Today was the first time she flared up at me...
I just got a baby panther chameleon and I’m not sure what gender it is. I think it’s a girl but I’m not an expert. The stuff on them is moss from the package they came in.
I just got my baby chameleon in the mail. I think she was asleep when I opened the box because she wasn't moving then all of the sudden she was. I put her in her enclsorure without handling her but now she is showing stress colors. Should I be worried? (Shes a panther chameleon around 4-5 months...
Anyone know a good place to get sticks or branches for my chameleon to climb on? (Store bought obviously you can find them outside but I want to avoid that)
Right now I have a fully functioning enclosure with lots of coverage and vines. I need one or two more plants for it to be finished, any suggestions? (Tall with widespread leaves)
I just watched a video of someone unboxing a jacksons chameleon, and I noticed that their "fogger" was a humidifier with a tube leading into the enclosure. Is this the same thing as a reptifogger? Is it safe? Just wondering because I have an old humidifer laying around which I could repurpose...
I just spoke on the phone with LLLreptiles which is where I had planned on purchasing a jacksons chameleon from and sadly they just ran out of stock. I was wondering if you guys on the forum new any good online stores that I could purchase one from (preferably well started baby or juvenile). Thanks!
After I purchase my chameleon I am planning on feeding him locust. I can't see to find any place that sells them on the web and was wondering if any of you guys knew a good place or two.
Hi Chameleon Forums. I am interested in buying a jacksons chameleon female but i'm not sure if I should opt for an older one or a baby. There are obviously pros and cons to both like being able to watch the baby grow up, but I am still not sure which I should purchase. Any advice is appreciated.
