try taping any opening (if its air holes tape mesh or paper towel to it) that they have and vacuuming the carpets and floors that you think they've gotten too. also making sure they arn't escaping from your chams enclosure may be good just to double down. if all else fails then wipe out the ones...
I wouldnt, theres a lot of balancing that needs o be done, they could hurt/annoy each other and chameleons are finicky as is seem like a big risk especially in a 20 gallon theres not much room for error.
He looks pretty good to me (100% Not an expert, I just love chameleons ) , if the scab doesn't go away and you notice any brown spots on the inside of the mouth especially along the gums/teeth then maybe take him to a vet it could be mouth rot but just the scab on the outside alone could be...
Hey just an update I went with the bleach+water because in Florida there's a bunch of bugs that could get in there. 2 years later and its still perfect thank you for the help!
Hey, I have a great piece of wood that I want to treat for my panther chams cage but its too big to go into the oven to bake it what should I do to sterilize it?
of course get rid of the dirt, but paper towels? I understand dirt is a no go but to also put in all caps to leave nothing? I just thought it was misinformed in this case.
It's a female. I personally don't see a bulge there in the last picture
This is what we mean by a bulge. So with that in mind, your setup needs a lot of improvement to try looking through the care sheets right here on the forums and if you need any explanations on any particular piece of it...
Also, him rubbing his eye like that against your finger, is him trying to get it to stop bothering him is clear he's uncomfortable. poor baby, I hope he feels better!
if cleaning it for the past 3 days hasn't really worked then you should take him to the vet. there could be an infection. Vets are the ones that can really tell you what the problem is. chameleons eyes need to be cleaned and can get fussy a lot of the time, minor scratches that we can't see, get...
If someone was DESPERATE for their cham to drink then I don't see a problem with having this up for a day or even a couple of days i just wish they had made it clear that this isn't for daily use

Nosy Be Panther, Male, 2 years old been in my care since he was 3 months
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? Every other day due to medication schedule
Feeding - What...
I wouldn't it's not a good idea with any animal. over time, inbreeding can reduce the genetic diversity and cause problems related to a too-small gene pool that can include an increased prevalence of genetic disorders.
Gutloading is pretty much making sure that your feeders are taking in vitamins and calcium so that when your cham eats them your cham gets all the nutrients it needs.
I mean when I was moving I gave my mom months of training and care sheets beforehand and stopped by every day until I was finally able to bring him with me. I can't imagine someone would just get up and leave their pet behind.
So like most animals, two different chameleons might respond differently to husbandry issues especially two chams from different regions your Faly could simply be tougher when dealing with minor issues also different kinds of chams have different needs. Filling out that care sheet really is in...
