Who are you talking to??
Jake... from Chameleon Forums...:ROFLMAO:
Seems to be a lot of learn as you go in my opinion/experience. Good luck with the Cham Cave and the upcoming babies.
Just saw a post on Facebook about pH levels in various bottled waters. It got me wondering if it was something that should be checked as far as chameleon care.
It's pretty brutal looking at those little guys, knowing or feeling you could have done better. Keep your chin up, we all have lessons to be learned, many of them the hard way. Wish you and the little guy the best.
Thank you.
I didn't talk to Dayna. We emailed info and pics yesterday for the phone consult today.
About an hour and a half before the phone appointment, I went in and checked on him. He was getting a drink, but could barely hold himself up. His front feet lost grip and he was hanging upside...
Wasn't sure if thats what you meant by email, but I had a conversation going with her.
Although it's not what anyone wants to hear, I appreciate your honesty. I kind of had to come to grips with it today while taking care of him. I feel for the others on here who have lost theirs. This little...
Last night he was crawling all around the top of the enclosure while sleeping...

We have a phone consult tomorrow and a pending visit on Saturday with...

Good luck...
We just recently started taking him out because he was so shy and we wanted him to be stressed as little as possible. I hadn't seen him drinking and he had started his shed, so we wanted to shower him, then brought him out for some sun at the same times. We go out in the mornings now and he only...
He ate 5 BFSL.
Spending more time with eyes closed.
through screen to get his position

more and more time like this
what do I need to do/can I do until i can get him to the vet?
I hope the flies are no problem, he sees them and shoots before I know whats going on. I would also hate to keep him from the hunt and variety it adds to his diet.
The gagging is terrible to watch him go through, but thankfully I haven't seen any since yesterday late morning.
Would it be best to...
Pretty sure they were Long Legged Fly (Dolichopodidae). They eat aphids, mosquito larvae and such.
Eating the Ficus shouldn't be a problem, should it?
Thank you, kinyonga
